Born in a real operation, not in a software office.

dalecheck was born inside Bocallena, a food service company in Nicaragua with a production center and about 15 branches, operating since 2019.

With that many branches, the day started with the same question: is it done? Did they clean? Did they check the temperatures? Did they close up properly? The answers came over WhatsApp, late and with no way to check them.

We looked for a tool that would solve that simply, made for the people doing the work and not for technology experts. We couldn’t find what we needed, so we built it.

Today dalecheck is the tool we use in our own operation, and we offer it to any business that wants the same peace of mind.
